Keep the evidence close.
We distinguish background, reported evidence and interpretation in each guide. Follow the sources before accepting a conclusion.
What we check
Identity, dates, units, task, baseline and limitations. Papers, technical documentation and issuer financial reports support different kinds of claims. An issuer statement is labeled as such. Independent replication and commercial usefulness are separate questions.
How we use confidence
The older archive's confidence labels reflect editorial assessment, not a probability, independent audit or investment rating. New guides identify evidence types and specific limits instead of a composite score.
Review dates
Review dates describe substantive editorial work; rebuilding the site never changes them. Company financial tables are historical snapshots with their own reporting periods. Each article is checked against its cited sources before publication.
Corrections and interests
Corrections preserve what changed and why. Disclosures explain authorship, assistance and commercial interests.
